Member of the US House of Representatives from California Maxine Waters claims that the new US president may be subject to impeachment proceedings for trying to improve relations with Vladimir Putin.

“We are concerned that Trump is willing to throw himself into the arms of the Russian president while he continues to attack Korea,” the congressman said at a press conference.
The attempt to name the city that Russia is allegedly bombing turned out to be an embarrassment. Only after prompting from her assistants did she manage to say: “Uh... yes, Aleppo.”
Waters has previously attracted media attention. In January, for example, her broadcast was interrupted by an RT program. The House member called the incident "strange and unusual" and suggested that "Russian hackers" may have hacked the broadcast, RIA Novosti reports.
