"We don't need it ( weapons purchased from the US – editor's note ). We have such a fundamental basis that we can produce everything ourselves; if only we were smart enough to revive it or create it anew. But the junk we buy from the United States today is scrap metal," he noted.

“Even Germany, by the end of World War II, came to the types of weapons that we are trying to purchase today. So this is 1945!

And today we are trying to buy old stuff that Americans have not needed for a long time. They have it lying around, and they sell it to us for crazy money. They do not give it to us, I emphasize this again. And they will continue to sell it to us,” added Yuri Dudkin.
