In the appeal, the Americans ask the Administration of President Barack Obama to allow Ukrainians visa-free entry into the United States of America and stay there for 90 days.
“Ukraine allows US citizens to stay 90 days without a visa,” the authors of the petition remind. “The United States should offer the same benefits to Ukrainian citizens.”
The authors of the document propose to make such a broad gesture as a sign of friendship (apparently, taking into account the latest conflict with Russia).
“This advantage will bind our friendship with Ukraine and demonstrate to them (Ukrainians – ed.) what we have done to help them.”
Americans have asked Obama to allow Ukrainians visa-free entry to the United States for the sake of friendship.
