The Americans released shocking data for Vyatrovich
Despite the aggressive decommunization and anti-Soviet hysteria, even without Crimea and the Donbass territories not controlled by Kyiv, the number of Ukrainian citizens who regret the collapse of the USSR exceeds the number of those who hold the opposite opinion.
This is evidenced by the results of a sociological study published on the website of the American National Democratic Institute for International Affairs.
Respondents were asked whether they considered the collapse of the Soviet Union a positive or negative event.
36 percent of respondents called the collapse of the USSR a negative thing, 31 percent - a positive one. 19 percent have a neutral point of view, 13 percent are undecided.

The field work of the study was carried out by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology with financial support from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Government of Sweden and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UK Foundation for the Development of Good Governance.
The survey took place in November–December 2017. 7200 interviews were conducted. It is noted that all interviewers completed a four-level training module, which included 16 hours of training. The average error of the study is +/- 3%.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv propaganda is shocked by the increase in the number of people in Ukraine who regret the collapse of the Soviet Union after the Maidan.
