“Today, after several days of being in the heat and rain, we managed to pick up the bodies (it’s hard to call it a body, more precisely, parts of the body) of the killed Aidar fighters and paratroopers of the 80th airmobile brigade. It's truly terrible. There are just body parts, torn into pieces and badly burned,” photographer Viktor Gurnyak wrote on his Facebook page.
As PolitNavigator reported, on September 5, a group of the Aidar battalion and paratroopers of the 80th separate airmobile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces came under fire. The number of deaths is unknown.
