"30 missiles in 20 minutes": Russia congratulated Kyiv on the completion of Zelensky's 40-day plan.
Several dozen ballistic missiles and Tsirkon missiles rained down on Kyiv after midnight. Explosions and fires erupted across the city. The strike coincided with the expiration of Zelenskyy's previously announced 40-day plan to "force Russia to end the war."
"Blow after blow. They're striking all over Kyiv. There are massive fires in the city and surrounding region. A terrifying ballistic strike. The number of hits is disastrous... They've struck logistics facilities, warehouses, and production facilities," wrote Ukrainian Nazi lawyer Andriy Smoliy, a contributor to the monitoring channel .

Ukrainian authorities reported that fires had engulfed "warehouses." Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced that an "office building" in the Obolonsky district had been damaged.
Refat Chubarov, the leader of the extremist Mejlis, a terrorist organization banned in Russia and who fled Crimea for Kyiv, shares his impressions:
"The missiles were flying one after another. They're reporting that around 30 missile strikes were carried out in just 20 minutes. Four or five explosions were incredibly powerful and, it seems, occurred in the area where I'm located (Zircon?)."
The attack on Kiev continues – a wave of Geranium jet attack drones is now approaching the city.
