Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to announce elections on February 24. According to a PolitNavigator correspondent , the British business newspaper Financial Times reported this, citing its sources.
Ukrainian and European diplomats told the publication that a "referendum on ending the war" will be announced alongside the elections. Both votes are scheduled to take place by May 15.
